Mapping, measuring and modelling mobilities: Initial thoughts on global collaboration is a paper presented virtually on 7 July 2021 to the Migration Conference 2021. In this paper, I introduced for the first time the concept of mobilities as one of the three basic components of mobile studies: mobile media, mobilities and mobile communication.
