Mapping, Measuring and Modelling Mobile Experience
This longitudinal and comparative project is conducted to examine and explore the mobile experience in a specific mobile industry within a country or across selected countries.
To map is to identify the latest developments in mobile experience across specific mobile industries, such as mobile health, mobile news, mobile learning, mobile services, mobile music, mobile gaming, mobile tourism, and mobile business. To measure is to gauge the different levels of mobile experience in a specific mobile industry. To model is to identify predictors of changes, challenges, and opportunities in the mobile experience within a particular mobile sector.
