This longitudinal and comparative project is conducted to examine and explore mobile experience in one specific mobile industry within a county or between selected countries.
To map is to locate the latest developments in mobile experience in a specific mobile industry, such as mobile health, mobile news, mobile learning, mobile service, mobile music, mobile gaming, mobile tourism, and mobile business. To measure is to gauge the different levels of mobile experience in a specific mobile industry. To model is to locate predictors of changes, challenges and chances in mobile experience in a specific mobile industry.
