Executive Workshop in Mobile Experience (EWME) is designed to update your knowledge, upgrade your skills, upsize your resources, and upscale connections in mobile industries through three sessions of intensive and comprehensive case-based and solution-oriented training. Our focus lies in mapping, measuring and modelling mobile experience in different areas of mobile experience respectively. After completing this course, you will be in a much better position to lead your company up to another level of excellence. You will become a lifetime member of Mobile Studies International (MSI) on top of being issued an EWME Certificate from MSI.
MAPPING MOBILE EXPERIENCE
In this one-day session, you will learn how to map mobile experience in different areas of mobile communication. It covers concepts and contexts, forms and functions, practices and principles, as well as theories and methods. After completing this session, you will be well equipped with knowledge and skills for mapping mobile experience.
MEASURING MOBILE EXPERIENCE
In this one-day session, you will learn how to measure mobile experience in different areas of mobile communication. Topics include measurement design, measuring methods, pitfalls in measurement, and measurement skills. After completing this session, you will be in a better position to measure mobile experience.
MODELLING MOBILE EXPERIENCE
In this one-day session, you will learn how to model mobile experience in different areas of mobile experience. Topics include normative-empirical gap in mobile experience, locating shaping factors, hypothesis testing, and how to better describe, explain and predict mobile experience. After completing this session, you will be able to model mobile experience.
To join international efforts in enhancing mobile for better communication, the annual Mobile Studies Summer School (MSSS) organized by Mobile Studies International and hosted by Unversity of Nottingham Ningbo China, first of its kind in the world, is designed to provide a unique chance for international and domestic participants to be equipped with knowledge and skills related to mobile studies, an emerging field of study. With a duration of two weeks, the intensive summer school program is designed to expose participants to different areas of mobile studies.
MSSS covers the following 10 topics: 1. Mobile Studies, 2. Mobile Entertainment, 3. Mobile Learning, 4. Mobile Journalism, 5. Mobile Marketing, 6. Mobile Advertising, 7. Mobile Government, 8. Mobile Business, 9. Mobile Experience, and 10. Mobile Trends.
MSSS's approach is ABC (Adaptive, Blended, and Collaborative) learning in lectures, seminars, and fieldworks: its three fundamental forms of delivering knowledge and skills.
